If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of recieved product, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

In addition, if you discover any defect in a product, you have the right to file a claim within 3 years of recieved product, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. For approved claims, we will cover the return shipping cost and either provide you with a fault-free replacement or offer a refund, based on what is most appropriate.

By placing an order with Polaire98 for products which are sold on the Site (“Polaire Vol.1 ; Polaire Grand ; Polaire Voyage”) you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these T&Cs (“T&Cs”). Please read these T&Cs carefully and, if you are unhappy with any aspect, you should contact one of our customer service advisors before placing an order with us.

We amend these T&Cs from time to time. Please look at the top of this page to see when these T&Cs were last updated. Every time you order Products from us, the T&Cs in force at the time of your order will apply to the contract between you and us. If we have to revise these T&Cs and this has a material impact on your order, we will contact you to give you reasonable advance notice of the changes and let you know how to cancel the contract if you are not happy with the changes.

All Products are subject to availability. Validly stated prices on our website remain in effect for so long as the Products is available or as otherwise stated on our website. We will inform you as soon as possible if the Products you have ordered are not available.

Delivery

We offer deliveries to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. For orders under €30, standard shipping costs €3, while orders of €30 or more qualify for free standard shipping. We will deliver products based on the delivery option you select at checkout. Please note that working days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive all necessary information to help you exercise your statutory right of cancellation or to return/exchange your products if needed. For further details, please see the Returns and Cancellation Rights sections in our terms and conditions.

Free delivery applies to standard shipping only; next-day, express, and other premium delivery options are not included in this offer. We aim to deliver all orders within 3-8 working days from the date of the contract, although exact timings may vary based on location and cannot be guaranteed.

Inspection

You should inspect the Products upon receipt and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us (and return the Products in accordance with your cancellation rights or other statutory rights (as referred to at clauses “Your Cancellation Rights” and “Your Other Statutory Rights To Return Products” below).

Payment

We accept payments through Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, UnionPay, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point when your order is dispatched. By completing the payment, you confirm that the payment method used is yours.

Please note that all credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your card issuer declines payment or does not authorize it for any reason, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of products.

We retain legal ownership of all products until full payment is received. If we issue a refund for any reason, legal ownership of the products will immediately revert to us. The risk for the products transfers to you upon delivery.
